I’m Debbie Sundberg, the preschool coordinator here at Lifebridge, a position I have been in for a little more than a year. I studied journalism in college, and began my adult career as a sports writer for a small-town California newspaper. I then went on to be an editor on staff with James Dobson’s Focus on the Family for eight years. I stopped working in an office when I decided to focus on my own family, with the birth of our first daughter. Three more daughters followed, and my career became being a mom.
Currently, along with serving at Lifebridge, I am in my twentieth year of home schooling. I have been married to my incredible husband, Brad, for nearly thirty years, and we have four daughters, who all love the Lord. We have been a part of Lifebridge Church since we moved to this city two and a half years ago. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
I love working with our preschool children at Lifebridge. They have such wonderful perspectives on the Lord and His love for them. I think often of how Jesus wanted the little ones to come to Him, and I can’t help but agree….I love spending time with them! My heart’s desire is to introduce them to the Lord I have loved for nearly my entire life.
